However, we were able to
get the best of both worlds
in order to welcome the
Gold’s to their home.
Executive chef Peter Pollay,
owner of the iconic
Asheville restaurant Posana,
came and showed us how
a professional uses the
kitchen while creating
a truly amazing meal
sourced in part from
his own gardens.
